JKRowling.com – Weasley Family Tree!
December 31, 2007The secret door in Harry Potter author, J.K.Rowling’s official site, or better known as the Room of Requirement has opened again!
This time it has no tricks whatsoever. Just click on the doorknob to swing open the door.
On her desk, there’s a piece of paper with the Dark Mark sign on it, which means ‘spoilers ahead’!
Click on the paper, and it will show up.
The Weasley family tree is shown on the paper, clearly written and illustrated by JKR.
The family tree starts with Molly and Arthur Weasley, who got married and gave birth to 7 kids.
The oldest of the seven, Bill, married Fleur Delacour during the times of Deathly Hallows and gave birth to 3 kids, Victoire, Dominique and Louis.
Charlie, the second son, is still a bachelor, unmarried. Possibly Dumbledore the second…? One only can wonder. 🙂
The rebellious third son, Percy married a girl named Audrey and had 2 kids, Molly and Lucy. Molly is most likely named after his mother.
The twins, Fred and George were the 4th and 5th sons. Fred died in a battle in Deathly Hallows. George who survived the war but lost an ear, married Angelina Johnson, a former Gryffindor Quidditch player, and had kids named Fred (after his twin brother) and Roxanne.
One of the series’ main character, Ron, naturally tied the knot with best friend and lover Hermione Granger, and had kids Rose and Hugo, who were mentioned in Deathly Hallows.
The youngest and only girl, Ginny married the main character Harry Potter, and had 3 kids, James Sirius (after Harry’s father, James & godfather, Sirius Black), Albus Severus (after the heroes Albus Dumbledore and Severus Snape) and Lily Luna (after Harry’s mother, Lily Evans and one of Harry’s close friends, Luna Lovegood).
Draco Malfoy was also in the picture, he married Asteria Greengrass, sister to Daphne Greengrass, who was mentioned briefly in the first book, Philosopher’s Stone. They had a son named Scorpius Hyperion, who was also shown in Deathly Hallows.
Luna Lovegood is in the diagram as well. She married Rolf Scamander, who was the grandson of Newt Scamander, and had 2 kids, Lorcan and Lysander.
I like that JK cleared all these for us. It really is nice to see them all with kids. 🙂 I still ship Harry/Hermione though. XD

I support Harry/Hermoinie as well and have from the beginning but I thought for likea breif second, mybe Harry would end up with Luna. I love Luna. 🙂
I just saw this today myself, and I was so happy to see just like you said that they all have kids…but im a little curious about something…theres a time turner type thing down at the bottom right side of the door…if you click on the knobs on the side, itll change the date to 12 01 08….another book??? December 1st?? so then I just tried clicking on the circle part, and then the sky outside started to fly by as if it was going forward through time…and then the door had a sign on it saying “Do Not Disturb.” GAHH! I am dying to know what this is about! X_X
I was messing with that time turner and the top knob does set it to “12 01 08” but the bottom one goes through the sequecnce “20 07 07,” “13 06 07,” “21 12 06,” “29 09 06,” “30 03 06,” “20 12 04” and several more. I’d assume it’s the next planned update or something… but who knows.
Did it stop on those for you? Cuz it didnt stop on all those for me…just the 12 01 08. I heard she may be releasing an 8th book… but you never should follow rumors…but just an idea. 🙂 Something to think about.
Its 15.01.08 today! The day the next date is. 🙂 I hope JK prepared something great for us!!

I wanted Neville to marry Luna.
The timeturner changes it back to whenever the door had previously been opened, so you get a chance to get the older spoilers and such, I think.
Ever thought of the possibility that Harry named his daugther Lily LUNA cause Luna is Latin for MOON and he knew a certain person who had a bond with the Moon??

just as i expected!i always wanted ginny to be with harry(both are brave and strong-headed people) and ron with hermoine(a bit strange relationship they have.the careless ron with the neat-freak and disciplined hermoine).
should’ve known that george will be with angelina, he asked her to go with him to the yule ball.
yeah, it’ll be nice if neville can be with luna.but i wonder what’s gonna happen if they got married, i mean neville’s grandma is a very strict woman, and mr.xenophilius lovegood…???
I just finished the 7th book! Very Happy for the union between Harry / Ginny and Ron / Hermione. I thought that Luna get married with Dean….
Neville marries Hannah Abbott. He is a Herbology professor at Hogwarts, and she is the land lady of the Leaky Cauldron. It hasn’t been mentioned weather or not they have children.

I IMMENSELY ENJOYED EVERY HARRY POTTER BOOK! THE MOVIES, YES I KNOW YOU CAN’T PUT EVERYTHING IN THEM, BUT THEY DON’T REALLY TELL THE COMPLETE TALE. IF YOU DIDN’T READ THE BOOKS, YOU WOULDN’T BE COMPLETELY LOST BUT I BELIEVE YOU REALLY WOULD BE MISSING A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS. MY HUSBAND DOESN’T READ THE BOOKS, ONLY WATCHES THE MOVIES, AND WHEN WE GO TO SEE THEM THERE IS MUCH HE DOESN’T UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THE MOVIES DO NOT SHOW CERTAIN ASPECTS!! I’VE READ TO HIM PARTS FROM HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF BLOOD PRINCE, AFTER SEEING THE MOVIE, HE DIDN’T UNDERSTAND WHY I WAS A LITTLE HEARTBROKEN AS TO HOW DUMBLEDORE WAS KILLED! IT CERTAINLY DIDN’T HAPPEN IN THE BOOK THAT WAY! I JUST THINK IT’S EASIER IF YOU STUCK TO THE BOOK AS THE SCRIPT, I THINK EVERYONE WILL UNDERSTAND A LOT MORE! NOW I’M PATIENTLY WAITING FOR THE NEXT 2 MOVIES, THERE’S NOT MUCH THAT CAN BE LEFT OUT FROM THE BOOK, BUT I THOUGHT SO WITH THE 6TH MOVIE AND LOOK! ALTHOUGH THIS WON’T STOP ME FROM HAVING THE COMPLETE BOOK AND MOVIES SETS!!! AT LEAST KNOWING I’M THE ULTIMATE HARRY POTTER FAN, ANYONE WHO KNOWS ME CAN TELL YOU THERE IS NOTHING ABOUT THESE BOOKS/MOVIES I DO NOT KNOW, SORRY IF I OFFEND ANY OTHER POTTER FAN, BUT SERIOUSLY NOBODY KNOWS MORE ABOUT MR. Luna married Nevil, I read 1 of J.K. Rowling’s interviews. other than that, I found this info very helpful.
I just finished the seven books five minutes ago… I feel like i want more of Harry Potter! Im gonna miss al that fantasy world….
