Vanessa Hudgens – Idetified [download]

Disney’s star, has-been, tainted Vanessa Hudgens is back with her sophomore album. This album shows much variety, from Vanessa’s vulnerable ballads like “Don’t Ask Why” and “Don’t Leave” to upbeat tracks such as “Hooked It Up” and “Amazed“. “Sneakernight” is the single of the album, as much as I dislike the song, it’s catchy and I’ve got used to it. Standout tracks include “Last Night“, “Paper Cut” and “Don’t Leave“. It’s an alright second effort, I prefer her first album more. Overall it’s quite enjoyable, a recommend for pop lovers and Vanessa fans.

Google Special – Diego Velázquez’s Birthday

Boy Google is active these days. Today marks the birthday of Spanish painter, Diego Velázquez’s birthday on June 6th, 1599.

Diego was a celebrated artist in the court of King Phillip IV. He passed away at August 6, 1660.

I don’t really like the logo, it’s messy.

Happy birthday Diego! Whereever you are.

David Cook – Analog Heart [download]

Idol is over and David Cook has just been crowned as the winner. While Cook may be working on an album now or in the near future, here is his pre-Idol album, “Analog Heart“, released in 2006. “Analog Heart” received numerous awards from various critics. It is a great album, but it needs a few spins to get used to it. Standout tracks are “The Truth”, “Makeover”, “Don’t Say A Word” and “Fall Back Into Me“. Overall it’s extremely good and I definitely recommend it to everyone.
